PepSports Football Academy provides football training programs for children aged 3 to 16 in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, the following disclaimers apply:
Participation in football and physical training activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries (e.g., bruises, sprains) and more serious incidents (e.g., fractures, concussions). By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is physically fit and able to participate in football-related activities. PepSports must be informed of any existing medical conditions or allergies. In the event of injury or illness, first aid will be administered and emergency services contacted if necessary.
PepSports, its coaches, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of participation, except in cases of proven negligence. Participants and guardians agree to release and indemnify PepSports from any claims arising out of such incidents.
While our coaches and staff are responsible for players during scheduled training sessions, parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up. PepSports is not responsible for children outside of scheduled training hours.
By registering your child, you grant PepSports permission to use any photos or video footage taken during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
