Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• PepSports is open to children aged 3 to 16 years.
• All participants must have parental or guardian consent.
• Full registration and payment are required before participation.

2. Registration & Payment

• Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis and depends on space availability.
• Full payment is required prior to the start of any session.
• No refunds will be issued after the first session unless in cases of long-term injury or illness (see Section 6).

3. Health & Safety

• Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies upon registration.
• All children must be dropped off and picked up on time by a responsible adult.
• Our coaches are first aid trained and will respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Players must wear appropriate football gear, including shin pads and suitable footwear.

4. Code of Conduct

• We expect all players to demonstrate respect, teamwork, and positive behavior.
• Bullying, aggressive conduct, or disrespect toward coaches, staff, or peers will not be tolerated.
• PepSports reserves the right to suspend or remove a participant without refund if these standards are violated.

5. Session Changes & Cancellations

• Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen events.
• When possible, makeup sessions will be offered.
• Refunds will not be provided for weather-related cancellations.

6. Injuries & Liability

• Football is a physical activity and may carry risks.
• PepSports is not liable for injuries or loss of personal property, except in cases of proven negligence.
• For long-term injuries or illness, a credit may be issued for future sessions upon receipt of a medical note.

7. Media Consent

• PepSports may take photos or videos during sessions for use on our website, social media, or promotional materials.
• By enrolling, you consent to this use unless you notify us in writing.

8. Privacy Policy

• All personal information is used solely for administration and communication.
• We do not share your data with third parties without your permission.

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
