Welcome to PEP Sports School’s Elite Soccer Training Program, where we cultivate young talent to reach their highest potential. Our program is meticulously designed for players aged 7 to 15, offering a structured and progressive pathway from foundational skills to advanced tactical understanding.
Program Structure

U-7: Foundation Phase

  • Basic Skills: Introduction to fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control.

  • Fun Activities: Engaging drills and activities to instill a love for the game.

  • Small-Sided Games: 3v3 and 4v4 games to promote more touches on the ball and quicker decision-making.

  • Motor Skills Development: Focus on coordination, balance, and agility through playful exercises.

U-7 to U-9 (6-8 years old)

Goals:
  • Develop basic motor skills.
  • Introduce fundamental football techniques.
  • Foster a love for the game.

U-9: Development Phase

  • Advanced Basics: Refining basic skills with more emphasis on accuracy and control.

  • Positional Awareness: Introduction to basic positions and roles on the field.

  • Teamwork: Encouraging cooperation and communication through 5v5 and 7v7 games.

  • Game Understanding: Beginning to understand the rules and strategies of the game.

Training Focus:

1. Technical Skills:
  • Ball control: dribbling, passing, and receiving.
  • Basic shooting techniques.
  • Introduction to juggling and simple tricks.
2. Physical Development:
  • Agility and coordination drills.

  • Physical Conditioning: Age-appropriate strength, speed, and agility training.
